Ingredients for 8 muffins:

- 100g pan cake mix
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 20g salt-free butter
- 4 tablespoons coconut fine
- 60ml milk
- 2 teaspoons chocolate powder
- B
- 100g pan cake mix
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 60ml milk
- 2 teaspoons jam
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 8 teaspoons rum
- 8 the paper glow type for muffins(6cm x 4cm)
Steps:
- Add A into food processor, and mix it for about 30 seconds.
- Drop it into the glow types.
- Add B into food processor, and mix it for about 30 seconds.
- Add it into the glow types.
- Put the muffins on the pan, and bake it in oven of 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes.
- Remove muffins from the paper glow type, and cut the upper glow beam side.
- Put the muffins into new the paper glow type, and apply jam on the muffins.
- Sprinkle powder sugar on it, and sprinkle rum on the muffins.
- Put the muffins on the pan, and bake it in oven of 180 degrees C for about 4 minutes.
