Porridge of moong dal, onion and gumbos

Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • 80g moong dal
  • 500ml water
  • A
    • 1 onion
    • 3 gumbos(okra)
  • 1 bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps:
  • Put moong dal and water into a pan, and boil it for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut A and put into food processor, and cut it for about 3 minutes.
  • Add A and bouillon into the pan, and boil it for 20 minutes.
  • Add garlic and salt into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
