Ingredients for 16 muffins:
  • A
    • 200g pan cake mix
    • 100g sugar
    • 100g salt-free butter(cold, diced for about 1/4inch)
    • 50ml milk
    • 2 egg
  • 90g dry cranberry
  • 32 dry cranberry for topping
  • 16 the paper glow type for muffins(6cm)
Steps:
  • Add A into food processor, and mix it for about 2 minutes.
  • Add cranberrys into food processor, and mix it for about 20 seconds.
  • Drop it into the glow types.
  • Put cranberry on muffines.
  • Put the muffins on the pan, and bake it in oven of 180 degrees C for about 24 minutes.
