Ingredients for 16 muffins:
- A
- 200g pan cake mix
- 100g sugar
- 100g salt-free butter(cold, diced for about 1/4inch)
- 50ml milk
- 2 egg
- 90g dry cranberry
- 32 dry cranberry for topping
- 16 the paper glow type for muffins(6cm)
Steps:
- Add A into food processor, and mix it for about 2 minutes.
- Add cranberrys into food processor, and mix it for about 20 seconds.
- Drop it into the glow types.
- Put cranberry on muffines.
- Put the muffins on the pan, and bake it in oven of 180 degrees C for about 24 minutes.
