Ingredients for 2 pound cakes(19x7x9 cm):

- 200g pan cake mix
- 60g sugar
- 3 egg
- 100g dry fruit mix(diced)
- 30ml brandy
- 45g coconut fine
- 200g salt-free butter(cold, diced for about 1/4inch)
- 2 barking pans(19x7x9-cm 7.5x3x3.5-inch)
Steps:
- Put A into food processor, and mix it for about 3 minutes.
- Add coconut fine into food processor, and mix it for 30 seconds.
- Drop it into the baking pans.
- Bake it in oven of 180 degrees C@( 356 degrees F ) for about 30 minutes.
