Ingredients for 2 breads(19x7x9 cm):
- A
- 100g corn flour
- 100g strong flour
- 30g sugar
- 1 egg
- 10g butter
- 150ml milk
- 5g dry yeast
- 2 barking pans(19x7x9-cm 7.5x3x3.5-inch)
Steps:
- Put A into food processor, and mix it for about 3 minutes.
- Drop it into the baking pans.
- Wait for 1 hour in order to ferment bread.
- Bake it in oven of 200 degrees C@( 392 degrees F ) for about 20 minutes.
