Porridge of mung beans, scallop and rice

Cooking time for about 30 minutes.
[ Porridge of mung beans, scallop and rice ]
Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • A
  • B
    • 100g boild rice
    • 100ml water
  • 45g scallops(canned)
  • 1 bouillon
Steps:
  • Put washed mung beans and water (A) into the pan.
  • Boil it for about 20 minutes.
  • Put B into food processor, and cut it for about 10 puls.
  • Add B, scallops and bouillon into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
