 | Ingredients for 2 meals: 
 
Steps:50g quinua
400ml water

  50g boiled rice
  100ml water
  Tuna can(small)...1

Add the quinua and the water into a pan, and boil for 20 minutes.
Put A into a food processor and cut for about 10 seconds and, add it into the pan.
Add the tuna into the pan, and simmer it about 5 minutes.
Add B and simmer it for weak fire for about 5 minutes, while stirring.
