Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 50g quinua
- 400ml water
- A
- 50g boiled rice
- 100ml water
- Tuna can(small)...1

Steps:
- Add the quinua and the water into a pan, and boil for 20 minutes.
- Put A into a food processor and cut for about 10 seconds and, add it into the pan.
- Add the tuna into the pan, and simmer it about 5 minutes.
- Add B and simmer it for weak fire for about 5 minutes, while stirring.
