Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 50g chana dal
- 500ml water
- A
- 50g japanese leek
- 50g onion
- 1 bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Steps:
- Wash the chana dal, and soaks it in water for about 6 hours.
- Put chana dal and water into a pan, and boil it for 1 hour.
- Cut leek and onion for about 2cm, and mix it by food processor for about 10 seconds.
- Add A into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
- Add bouillon and pepper into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
