Soup of chana dal and onion

Cooking time for about 80 minutes.
[ Soup of chana dal and onion ]
Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • 50g chana dal
  • 500ml water
  • A
    • 50g japanese leek
    • 50g onion
  • 1 bouillon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Steps:
  • Wash the chana dal, and soaks it in water for about 6 hours.
  • Put chana dal and water into a pan, and boil it for 1 hour.
  • Cut leek and onion for about 2cm, and mix it by food processor for about 10 seconds.
  • Add A into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
  • Add bouillon and pepper into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
