Porridge of XO-jang taste containing onion and soybeans

Cooking time about 20 minutes.

Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • A
    • 100g soybeans(boiled)
    • 1/2 onion
  • 500ml water
  • 3 teaspoons XO-jang paste
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce or soy source
Steps:
  • Put A into food processor, and cut it for about 60 seconds.
  • Put A and water into a pan, and boil it for about 15 minutes.
  • Add XO-jang and fish sauce into the pan, and boil it for about 5 minutes.
