Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 80b black chana
- 500ml water
- A
- 1 onion
- 20g carrot
- 1 sweet pepper
- B
- 1 bouillon
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
Steps:
- Wash the black chana, and soaks it in water for about 6 hours.
- Put black chana and water into a pan, and boil it for about 2 hours.
- Put A into food processor, and cut it for about 30 seconds.
- Add A into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
- Add B into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
- Add yogurt into the pan, and boil it for about 5 minutes.
