Vegetable curry of black chana

Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • 80b black chana
  • 500ml water
  • A
    • 1 onion
    • 20g carrot
    • 1 sweet pepper
  • B
    • 1 bouillon
    • 2 tablespoons curry powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
Steps:
  • Wash the black chana, and soaks it in water for about 6 hours.
  • Put black chana and water into a pan, and boil it for about 2 hours.
  • Put A into food processor, and cut it for about 30 seconds.
  • Add A into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
  • Add B into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
  • Add yogurt into the pan, and boil it for about 5 minutes.
