Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 50g mung beans
- 10g dried scallops
- 500ml water
- 1 bouillon
- 10g ginger
- 2 tablespoons sweet basil
Steps:
- Put dried scallops and water(500ml) into a pan, and it places for about 8 hours.
- Cut scallops and return to the pan.
- Add mung beans into the pan, and boil it for about 30 minutes.
- Add bouillon into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
- Add minced ginger and basil into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
