Porridge of mung beans, dried scallops and basil

Cooking time about 60 minutes.
[ Porridge of mung beans, dried scallops and basil ]
Ingredients for 2 meals:
  • 50g mung beans
  • 10g dried scallops
  • 500ml water
  • 1 bouillon
  • 10g ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sweet basil
Steps:
  • Put dried scallops and water(500ml) into a pan, and it places for about 8 hours.
  • Cut scallops and return to the pan.
  • Add mung beans into the pan, and boil it for about 30 minutes.
  • Add bouillon into the pan, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
  • Add minced ginger and basil into the pan, and boil it for about 10 minutes.
