Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 50g moong dal
- 300ml water
- A
- 50g onion
- 50g carrot
- 50g eggplant
- 1 bouillon
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Steps:
- Put moong dal and water into a pan, and boil it for about 30 minutes.
- Put A into food processor, and cut it for about 1 minute.
- Add A, bouillon, curry powder and garam masala into the pan, and boil it for
about 10 minutes.
