Ingredients for 2 meals:
- 60g couscous
- 60ml boiling water
- 40g onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Steps:
- Put couscous and boiling water into a ball, and wait 5 minutes.
- Put onion into food processor, and cut it for about 10 seconds.
- Put olive oil and onion into a pan, and sat'e it for about 5 minutes.
- Add couscous into the pan, and sat'e it for about 5 minutes.
- Add curry, catsup, and soy sauce into the pan, and sat'e it for about 5 minutes.
